I’m 40 years old and I would never have thought that an alkaline pH diet can help me reduce the aches and pains in my joints and muscles. There are two kinds of food stuffs, the dead foods and the healthy foods. Obviously, we want to eat the healthy foods, but we don’t really know what they are. We may think the food we eat are healthy. Then again it could be acidic that can cause acidity in our bloodstream and upset the pH balance of our body.

If acidic wastes inside our body cannot be ejected through sweating, bowel movement, and urination then it will be deposited in critical organs like the liver, colon, and even the heart. It will also be deposited in the muscles and joints, hence the feeling of aches and pains in our body.
If you want to live your life pain free then you have to change your lifestyle. Change your sedentary lifestyle into an active one. Try and incorporate an exercise regime in your daily life. Be active, engage in sports and other outdoor activities. If you really want to get into shape and be pain free, then find an exercise that is fun and lively, then stick with it until it becomes a hobby.
The real answer to a pain free life is to change ones diet to an alkaline pH diet. An alkalized body is much more in tune to our nature of balance. With an Alkaline pH diet, we can develop a balanced inner terrain in our body. We will be healthier and full of life and energy. Not only that, we can also prevent all the symptoms of premature aging. You can be 40 and feel like you are 30. Just put into action an alkaline pH diet and incorporate it into your lifestyle.
